Project Control Professional of the Quarter

Purpose

Recognises an outstanding project controls professional who has demonstrated exceptional performance, professionalism, technical competence, and measurable contribution to project success.

Suitable nominees

Project controls professionals working in planning, scheduling, cost engineering, risk, change control, earned value management, reporting, data analytics, governance, or integrated project controls.

Criteria

  • Demonstrates excellent technical project controls practice.
  • Provides clear evidence of contribution to project performance.
  • Uses data, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making.
  • Communicates effectively with project teams and stakeholders.
  • Shows professionalism, integrity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
